Maintenance cleaning/ general cleaning:

Weekly/Bi-weekly: start at $60 

Monthly Cleaning : start at $70 

One time/ Spring Cleaning:

Small Houses: start at $80 

Medium houses : start at $90 

Large Homes: start at $100 

Move in/ Move out cleaning:  start at $100 depending on condition of house additional charges may apply

move in/move out cleaing included, stove windows, baseboards, bathroom, kitchen, vacuum, mop, spot wall cleaning, ceiling fans,and refrigerator 

Rental Property Cleaning start at $80 

Commercial cleaning:

Office cleaning: start at $50 

Retail Store Cleaning: start at $60 

Deep Cleaning $200- $300

Additional Services:

Windows  $25 for inside $50 for outside (prices may change depending on how many windows in home 

Walls $25 depending on how many walls 

Oven and refrigerator cleaning  $25-$50 depending on condition 

Mini Blinds  $20  

Laundry $20 depending on the amount 

All Prices depend on the job and the size of the home. If home has not been cleaned in a while the charges will be higher than normal. Prices will be discussed and agreed on before the job begins. All payments must be made before we start the service. 

May be a mileage charge  depending on location 

Will supply our own cleaning supplies if needed

cash or money order payments accepted
